pathsim-chem up to 0.3 had its own Polynomial with the coefficients in ascending order, which replaced the core block of the same name. It is removed in pathsim-chem 0.4 (pathsim/pathsim-chem#34), so saved models with these nodes load as pathsim.blocks.Polynomial, which takes the coefficients in descending order.

Files that require pathsim-chem before 0.4 get their Polynomial coefficients reversed on load ((coeffs)[::-1]), also inside subsystems. The migrations move from fileOps.ts to schema/migrate.ts, with tests.

Merge after pathsim-chem 0.4 is on PyPI, before that the old chem block is still loaded.
