Closes #124.

The plugin's model calls (the loop guard's judge and redirect writer, and micro-skills' proposer) are now documented in one place, under "Model calls and API keys" in plugin/README.md:

  • When each runs: the judge only in a turn that shows signs of looping, at most every 5 tool calls with backoff; the writer right after a stuck verdict; the proposer every 3 sessions with micro-skills on.
  • What each is sent: digests of commands, file names and error lines, never file contents or prompts.
  • Roughly how long each prompt is: estimates from the digests' size limits.
  • Which model they use and where their cost shows: paid_model, the plugin overhead line in status, and per session the repository's ledger.jsonl.

README.md's Settings section links to it. Docs only.

…y cost

For each call (the loop guard's judge and redirect writer, micro-skills'
proposer): when it runs, what it is sent, and roughly how long its prompt
is, from the digests' caps. Also which model they use (paid_model) and
where their cost shows: status's plugin overhead, and per session the
repository's ledger.jsonl. README's Settings section links to it.

Closes #124.
