About I'm Tasfiq Ahmed, a software engineer, Minecraft network developer, and system administrator based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I build digital products and backend systems, develop custom Minecraft infrastructure, and work across the operational side of running reliable services.
My experience spans Minecraft development since 2020 and software development and system administration since 2021. I enjoy owning the complete engineering process: understanding the problem, shaping the architecture, building the product, integrating services, deploying it, and improving it through real usage.
I care about the details behind good software: clean architecture, thoughtful UX, security, measurable performance, and systems that are practical to maintain as they grow.
What I work on
| Responsive web applications, product interfaces, dashboards, admin panels, developer tools, and end-to-end digital experiences. | REST APIs, authentication, role-based access, relational data models, billing integrations, background tasks, and application workflows. |
| Java plugins, Paper and Velocity ecosystems, custom gameplay systems, event frameworks, server integrations, and performance tuning. | Linux and VPS administration, Nginx, DNS, SSL, Docker, deployment automation, monitoring, backups, and production operations. |
Technology stack I use these tools across my engineering work. The visual groups are a quick overview; the discipline table below provides more detail.

Engineering principles
| Architecture that stays understandable Prefer clear boundaries, maintainable abstractions, and decisions that make future changes easier. | Performance that is measured Identify real bottlenecks, use resources carefully, and optimize based on evidence. |
| Security as part of the design Think about permissions, validation, secrets, data handling, and operational risk from the start. | Experience beyond the interface Build complete workflows that are responsive, predictable, accessible, and practical to operate. |
Current learning focus I'm continuing to deepen my knowledge of computer networking, infrastructure security, and defensive cybersecurity, while improving how I design, deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications.
