Incremental adaptation to Backend changes.
Updated four hand-authored English and Simplified Chinese billing FAQ/pricing pages to explain administrator-only overdraft, negative balances, general-balance fallback, and unchanged credential restrictions; preserved all 109 pre-existing generated changes exactly and honored publication holds.
Validation: Passed Python compilation, 52 Python tests, 4 MDX tests, syntax/local-link validation for all 4,179 pages, git diff --check, and unchanged-file fingerprint verification; no merge conflicts remain, Mintlify browser preview and external-link checks were unavailable because its CLI is not installed, and CI remains the final merge gate.
The daily controller merges this validated head after CI passes and GitHub review policies permit it.
