How do i exclude node_modules from the folder that i've linked on unsloth app

So i've just added my react native project on unsloth app to try to test it out.
But right now, it's also indexing on the node_modules when I don’t want to. Is there a way to turn it off?
Anyone who experienced this before and managed to fix it? thanks

This is addressed by PR #10395, merged October 5.
It adds automatic exclusion of node_modules when scanning linked project folders.

The fix is on main, but the latest desktop release, [v0.1.902-beta], predates it.

Once you’re using a build containing the fix, if dependencies are already indexed, choose “Unlink and remove indexed files”, then relink your project folder. This recreates the index with the exclusions applied. It removes the indexed copies associated with that folder; your files on disk remain unchanged.

Most indexing tools like this respect .gitignore, so check that node_modules/ is actually in yours (a React Native project should already have it, but verify the file is at the repo root, not buried in a subfolder).

If it still indexes after that, look for a dedicated ignore file the app supports, some of these editors use their own (like .codeiumignore or similar) where you can drop in node_modules/ explicitly. A restart or rescan of the folder usually forces it to re-index without it.
